This hotel boasts of luxurious amenities, including exclusive private facilities and a beautiful garden area. the indoor swimming pool is an added bonus, and the comfortable rooms were clean and spacious. the staff members were friendly and endeavored to make our stay pleasant. the location of the hotel is also stunning and provided a peaceful and serene getaway.
The restaurant food was not impressive and could be improved. Our experience was marred by a minor issue with the staff at the reception desk, where our room was not ready upon arrival and we had to wait for some time.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city with many popular tourist attractions nearby. the rooms are clean and comfortable with spacious bathrooms. the staff tries their best to meet your needs and the breakfast offers a great variety of dishes.

During our Xmas stay, we enjoyed the comfortable beds and the clean environment. , the breakfast was quite varied and tasty. We were pleased with the quick check-in process and the helpful staff that guided us around the hotel's location and amenities, making our holiday more comfortable.
the communication between staff and guests was challenging, primarily due to the language barrier. Cleaning needs improvement, as we noticed some stains on the carpets and cigarette butts on lobby floors and walkways.

We had a great stay! The hotel was clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms and friendly staff. The location was beautiful, like a hidden oasis in the center of the city. Additionally, the breakfast was very varied with a great selection of bread, drinks, and sweet and savory options.

We had a wonderful time during our romantic getaway. the room was very spacious and well equipped. the bed was comfortable with fluffy pillows and cozy linen. the bathroom was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. the breakfast was varied enough to offer both sweet and savory options. We enjoyed the juices, coffee, and tea, and especially the great variety of bread.
There were a few inconveniences that affected our experience. We found the communication with some of the staff to be difficult, as they couldn't speak English.
